Kenneth Parzych May 11 2013

Taught a strong, Polish work ethic by his parents, Stanley and Mafalda of Easthampton, Mass., Ken paid for college by working at a dairy farm and by playing drums in a polka band. He loved his polka music almost as much as he loved his whoopie pies. While spending a summer as a polka DJ with his son, he was known to refer to the “toe-tapping music” as “Happy Music for Happy People.”
