Due to a posting error, Windham selectmen had a special meeting Tuesday to “officially” offer the Windham town manager post to Neal Beets.
Officials voted unanimously to offer the post to Beets on Sunday, but they were not posted for a meeting and vote.
As a result, they had to meet Tuesday to make the offer official. [...]
