Anthony Haynes, 19, of 118 Seabury Road, Lebanon, was charged with a speeding infraction, drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance of less than 4 ounces on marijuana July 15. Bond: $1,000. Court: July 24 in Danielson.

Richard Martinez, 19, of 146 Chapman St., Willimantic, was charged with third-degree assault on July 17. Bond: $5,000. Court: July 17 in Danielson.
Alfred Masse, 38, of 79 North St., Apt. 2, Willimantic, was charged with second-degree failure to appear in court July 17. Bond: $2,500. Court: July 17 in Danielson.
